LAKESIDE COMMUNITY ENTRANCE SIGN CASE STUDY

LAKESIDE COMMUNITY IN RIVERVIEW, FLORIDA

With convenient access to major commuter routes, including I-75, I-4, and the Crosstown Expressway, Riverview’s Lakeside community boasts newer construction, nearby sandy beaches, a picnic area and two playgrounds for residents to enjoy.

OBJECTIVE:

Community entrance signs to replace original, outdated monument signs

Lakeside’s Community Owners Association decided to replace its original, unlit main entrance sign with updated, illuminated entrance signage. The new sign at the community entrance needed to be modern, aesthetically pleasing, and made of durable material that could handle harsh Florida weather conditions.

THE SITE ESSENTIALS SOLUTION:

Custom entrance sign cabinet with interior led lights and secondary entrance signs lit by solar power

The main entrance signage at Lakeside had grown weathered and out-of-date. After examining the large monument sign, Site Essentials removed part of the existing block monument and installed a custom entrance sign cabinet illuminated by interior LED lights. Striking by day, the effect is even more pronounced at night, as the lights blaze the welcome home path for residents and visitors alike. This updated, elegant entrance sign stands out to potential homebuyers and could potentially increase property values as well.
Site Essentials also installed two new community signs at each of Lakeside’s secondary entrances. Both smaller neighborhood entry signs are powered by solar lighting, an eco-friendly solution that pulls its energy from Florida sunshine.
